Through the bill of rights, the government must ensure that the society is provided the right to exercise their own rights. All human beings are born with capacity to speak, develop, believe and exercise one's own decisions. Therefore, the government need to ensure and protect our security and rights in the society.Laws should be exercised to protect the natural rights to live, liberty and propesperity.Bills should enable every person to have equal rights in their different capacities and different exercises.

The bill of rights should be enabled to provide employees with minimum wage, should give access to education ,affordable health insurance which serves as the right of each and ebery citizen. Government has the responsibility not only to provide or protect natural rights but also to give good education ,healthcare, law enforcement, military defense. Thus the positive view of rights holds the natural and unalienable rights are not enough for everyone to reach our their full potential.
