THe sports of different life getting us involved with sport will equip us with skills that will set us up for life. They give us skills of living well in our life.Besides,getting fun ,Participation in sports can help build self-esteem and confidence, can motivate us.So some of the skills that we learned while playing tennis are -

1. Self -Discipline- Tennis game has some set of rules to follow.It also needs fitness of our body.So the way we get up early in the morning and set our routines makes our body in discipline .

2.Sense of Identity- As of being playing in a group we get the sense or respect for every individual.It doesn't matter he is thin,fat or short.We start understand the dignity of each identity.

3 Never say Die Attitude- We learn the spirit of not giving up in any field of life.

4. Managing Conflicts- We learn the skill of overcoming our anger and behave in a calm manner to hold conflicts. We also learn that how love and cooperation is mattered rather than have grudges with their partners.

5.Confidence- We become confident for our life .Any condition become a field of game for them and they learn to achieve the goal.

6.Getting along with people- Tennis player learn to interact with people and have the Good communication skills.He get the sense of saying things at right place.

7.Active Lifestyle- Life become active and definately have the purpose to achieve the desired goal.We never get fatigued of hectic schedule of our day and can get the stamina of doing work for long hours.

All the above skills help us in being a good being.Because by adopting these skills we can have a better attitude for our life and we can have better control on our body and mind.
