Tennis Skills: State two specific skills that you have gained in playing tennis. Why are these skills important to your well-being?
Tennis:
It is an international game plays in a single court. It contains 2 groups. each group contain one or two persons.
Two specific skills that i have gained in playing tennis:
1. Co-ordination
2. Strategy
1.Co-ordination:
1. I learned about hand - eye coordination skill while playing tennis..
2. I gain fine motor skills.
3. I learned how to judge distance,strength,timing
4. I learned that focus a single ball or single thing long time.
How these skills important to my well being:
1.I can face my opponent effectively by learning hand-eye coordination.
2.I can rule the tennis court by fine motor skills
3.By judging distance i can hit tennis ball in unbeatable place.
4.By focusing a tennis ball long time i can hit that tennis ball in any place of the court.
5.I can lead my personal life effectively by learn these skills.
Strategy:
It is a technique or way of playing.
1.It is nothing but using cognition skills while playing.
2.I learned decision making
3.I learned analytical and problem solving skills
4.I can imagine how opponent hit the shot.
5.I learn to be flexible and responsive.
How these skills important to my well being:
1.By decision making skills i can take decision that where to hit the ball and when to hit the ball.
2.By learning problem solving skills i can face opponent with confidence eventhough i'm in low score.
3.By imagine other player next shot i can be prepare to that shot.
4.Flexibility makes me to face any type situation like defeat, wrong shot, opponent's intelligent.
