Family coaching is an important aspect of present time. It need a deep understanding among family members. We should be able to understand the difficulties of family members at different stges of life.

A proper communication system is must for maintaining harmony in family. Various topics are being covered under family coaching. These topics may include following areas:-

1. New parent challanges.

2. Prevention of school dropouts.

3. Anger and stress management.

4. Challanges related to marriage.

5. Issues related to parenting at different stages of life.

Self Directed Relationship Education means that a person is self aware. A person who is very well aware learns from his surroundings. He takes information from outside and processes informations for better co-ordination and communication. He observes and learns from past experiances. Various analytical work is being done based on observations of various outcomes of different actions performed.

Family coaching seems to be more helpful and beneficial. It involves expert advise. Experts have vast experiances. They have already observed so many cases. They can give their valuable feedbacks with proper analysis.

Family coaching may involve expert's knowledge and experiances but it may lack personalised touch and emotions. Self learning alwyas remain better option. It lacks fabrication of emotions and truth remains its main strength.

Life is full of surprises. It is like roller coaster ride. It contain so many twists and turns. It has unpredictible up and downs. We can use such abovementioned learnings for living a anarchy free life.
