  • There are different sources of happiness and life satisfaction for different people. For some having good relationships, spirituality, healthy lifestyle, work etc. brings them happiness.
  • My own personal sources of happiness is seeing my family happy, relationships mean everything to,so when my loved ones are around me that makes me happy and satisifed with life that I have people to share my happiness and sorrows with them.Apart from relationships,my work keeps me happy, achieving my goals, seeing my family happy, having the required financial resources to lead to a comfortable life, dancing, traveling etc.
  • And yes,I agree that relationships, healthy lifestyle, spiritual beliefs all are different sources of happiness. Some people feel happy being physically fit, some become happy by seeking connection with God,some become happy by working on their personal development and seek satisfaction by contrbuting to the society. Each individual seeks happiness from different sources.
  • But I also think, that not all of us are happy and content with our life.I feel if we become completely satisifed with our lives,we wont be able to set any goals for ourselves and move forward in life. Our sense of purpose would be lost,so some about of disatisfaction should be present,to be motivated to move forward and lead our lives in a meaningful way.
