EXISTENTIAL THERAPHY:

  Anxiety is a part of human condition. So this theraphy not only focuses on anxiety condition but also focuses on freewill, self determination, capacity to make rational choices and developing maximum potential in humans.

THERAPEUTIC PRACTICE:

Therapeutic practice is a process of decreasing disease in scientific way. Generally it is done by certified doctors.

  No patient will accept that he had abnormal behaviour. This is the greatest problem for psychologists. Because they can't treat patients without their cooperation. By using existential theraphy we can overcome this problem. Creating confidence, self determination in patient helps psychogists in therapheutical practice.

If we observed psychological patients, many of them will be covert persons in their past life. So by using existential theraphy we can remove person's fear. Results half of theraphy will be clear. In this way existential therapy an approach to therapeutic practice.
