Let me assume that CES board of directors have asked me to examine the ERP system implementation process, here, there are several business issues that are related to the ERP system implementation, these are as stated below:

  • Finding proper ERP software related to particular business or specific Industry requirements, many ERP system implementation could consider generalized view of the all industry, however, each business has distinct level of challenges, so, we need to find correct ERP software or develop more specific applications that could contribute more effectively to the business.
