Problems in implementing ERP and ways to overcome them:

1)Choosing a right software is the big issue with ERP and CRM.To overcome it the management first define it's requirements which helps them in choosing right problem.

2)Inadequate training for the employees are another problem with ERP & CRM and these software is used to increase organisational efficiency this may reduce such efficiency.To overcome this problem the management should provide proper guidance, q&a sessions and info about updates.

3)Poor implementation of ERP & CRM which may lead to employees unlikely to adopt to the change.The management must take neccneces action to boost the moral and adopt to the change.

4)Lack of long term vision is another problems in implementation of these softwares i.e they are successful in short term but not as very long term.To overcome these problem the management must implement these Softwares based on their long term stategy.

5)Complex in using the software and this can be overcome through choosing an easy to use software.
