you to find out why there has been a considerable drop in the number of items produced
in the last financial quarter.
Explain what you will do to find out the cause of the problem and recommend a solution

Causes for low production-

1. The first cost of low production is multitasking. The production people are involved in multiple works which causes lack of focus in production and hence the production gets affected.
2. The second reason for low production is lack of recognition of the workers. Providing Employees with the acknowledgement of good work is one of the easiest management task however it is always neglected.
Two ways of gathering information in the manufacturing company can be-
1. Physical walk around and observation for the reason for low production. Personal observation at the manufacturing areas and finding the reason for production to be noted.
2. Talking to people about the reason for low production and finding out ways to increase the production process.
The proper approach to solving the problems will be motivating the employees and recognizing the best employees in the organisation. The best employee would be given incentive and recognition. That would give rise to Healthy competition among the people within the organisation and the production quantities would go up.
