Many people find the easy way of completing their work doesn’t matter that is right or not. Management/HR/Leaders have to bring lots of check points that can help the work completed per compliance.

· Coordinating between teams

As every employee is working remotely than it become difficult to bring coordination between them. Due to this teams whose work is dependent on other teams will have to wait is work didn’t get completed in time. Leaders or manager cannot go at work station to track the status for the same.

Now people are working from there home than it become difficult to communicate with employees. In office you can easily connect with any one but when people are working from home it become difficult to connect with them.

· Availability of Laptops and systems

Companies to save money or cost they are using shared seat plans or strategies. In this, 2 people at least are working on same system and company will able to save the cost for one system. In this situation, companies don’t have sufficient systems or laptops that can be given to employees to work from Home.

These are few challenges companies has gone through. Below are the things which have been done by companies:-

· Priorities the work and allocate the systems and laptops to resources

· Built the applications to save the data

· Scheduling meetings with each team multiple time in a day to make sure that they are not facing any challenge

· Using software like MS team, Skype, etc so that people can connect with each other easily.

Right now it is important for everyone that he/she stay at Home. But this is also true that if every work will be closed than that will have very bad impact on the companies. So, giving work from home to main resources become must for each company. So that their some part of business can run even in this time.
