BigData analytics refers to the analytics that would take place to analyse and systematically extract information from or deal with how data sets being so large or complex are managed and deal with to generate the results. Although being such a drastic and improvising factor, Bigdata analytics still have its own challenges:
1. Securing the Data: One of the challenge of the Bigdata analysics comes with he security of the data. As it employs a huge amount of data from all various aspects from the market and organisation, the protection and the security of this data is a very challenging aspect as it employes a lot of regulation and systematic controlling to effectively secure this data.
2. Discriminational Factor: Another challenge which comes with the Bigdata analysis is the discriminational factor. While recruitment, it is seen that many organisations tend to use the Bigdata in their selection section and use the pre decided factors to select the employees. It tends to discriminate among many employees that are deserving on the basis which organisations percieves and thinks to be right.
3. Organisational Resistance: At last, organisational resistance is considered to be one another challenge which the organisation faces while introducing the fact of Bigdata analytics. While the use of data and information and the informational technology is used at large, the organisation and the employees tend to resist it because of people's natural resistance towards change. They tend to resist the technological factors because the traditional factors are being attached to them and thus resistance makes them feel stuck and makes the productivity less because of it.
