In your view, what are the most significant obstacles or challenges hindering the development and implementation of truly reliable and interoperable public safety or emergency communications systems among all jurisdictions, disciplines, agencies and level of governments? What would you recommend in terms of a single, overarching policy or approach to achieve this goal, or at least facilitate significant progress?Do you think any progress has been made in this area since events like the Oklahoma City Bombing of 1995, the terrorist attacks of 9/11/01, Hurricane Katrina, or other major disasters? Why or why not?

There are certainty Various obstacles and hindrances which comes for government in implementation of truly reliable and interoperable public safety or emergency communication system. There are various factors always we have to to get improvement some of them always follows which I would like to mention:

1. Population of the region have a great impact on the development of the region in regards to the emergency communication system and public safety government faces a lot of challenges and overcoming in this aspect.

2. I would like to highlight one more point that is poor infrastructure operation of a region that is also one of the important. Which create the entrance for the government in development especially in communication safety.

3. Various leaders of the government body which are corrupted this is also one of the major concern for the prime body do abettor development in the area especially for communication safety and disaster management ,this can be question of proper funds which can be utilised in the region for the work.

4. Sometimes lack of capital investment for the work especially public safety and system communication is also one of the reason that can cause to happen the same.

5. Improper economy and like off digitalization and also lead to imbalance in the situations can effect to go on body the government body do not work properly.

For getting the situation normal and power need I would like to save that the above points need to be rectified in a good manner and politicians can all the members of a government jurisdictions should work in the favour of country region aur area for the public safety and communications systems honour kind of natural disasters people should also focus all the aspects of economy and proper sustainable development child support government saving the country and achieving the targets and goals.

Talking of the bombing of Oklahoma city in 1995 or 9/11/ 0 1 or it may be hurricane Katrina several progress in terms of development public safety and disaster mitigation plan as the mate has been made by the government organisations in the respective regions transportation infrastructure proper digitalization economy all this things requirement the government has taken into consideration for the betterment of the people you have seen a lot of improvement in the particular area but afterwards impacts are there after bombing aur any natural disasters I would like to focus that a lot of things like electricity water and anything which are basic amenities is for the people are granted by the government organisations.
