In my opinion it is very important. Few years back, health related problems are very rare and we had better health conditions. But now a days health issues are very common among all populations. For example, newborns health issues significantly increased and early adulthood population also got chronic illnesses. It is heavily due to our lifestyle choices but initially it was attributed to genetic influence. I want to adopt traditional way of living. We need to develop a culture to cultivate organic vegetables and food items as much as possible. Physical inactivity is one of the major problem for many illnesses so we should follow at least 30 minutes exercises daily in our routine. We have to develop a healthy communication pattern inside ( family) as well as outside ( society) world. We must develop well knowledge structure about prevention of illnesses from the primary level to avoid health related consequences. Vulnerable groups such as kids and old age people should deveode better ways to cope with any stressors in their life. We should be able to manage our work and life in a balanced state. Because it is one of the major reason for our modern health issues. We should develop a culture of mindfulness as to learn how to focus on present moment instead of past and future. These are all the major changes iIwant make in my lifestyle choices. Have a better physical, psychological and social health.

Thank you

Radical changes in a company’s markets and technological needs often make obsolete the competencies of the existing management. Change management is occasionally necessary in every organization.
