Hello
I need this assignment with citations and biography in APA style as soon as possible
1. It has been found that when health care workers (physicians
and nurses) do not practice healthy lifestyle behaviours, this has
a negative impact on health promotion as they are less likely to
encourage patients to practice healthy behavious. Locate any two
validated instruments for measuring habits and personal attitudes
of health care workers towards healthy lifestyle behaviours (eg not
smoking, eating low risk diets, engaging in physical exercise,
etc). Study the instruments and summarise from them ‘properties of
good questions’ or ‘properties of a good questionnaire.’ Attach the
questionnaires as Appendices.
2. Using the lessons learnt from question 1 above, develop your own
questionnaire to measure the habits and attitudes of Muslim health
care professionals towards observing ‘Islamic practices with health
benefits’ (eg voluntary fasting, cupping, not overeating, not
eating pork, not drinking alcohol etc). Marks are given for the
content of the questionnaire as well as its professional
look.
3. Explain how you would collect the data to carry out such a study
such that the data is representative of your target population. Be
as imaginative as you can.
1.We have knowledgeable regarding the importance of health-promoting activities such as healthy eating, physical activity, stress management, sleep hygiene, and maintaining healthy relationships. However, this knowledge may not translate into nurses’ own self-care. We may not follow recommended guidelines for physical activity and proper nutrition. Long hours, work overload, and shift work associated with nursing practice can be stressful and contribute to job dissatisfaction, burnout, and health consequences such as obesity and sleep disturbances.
I would like to add sleep disturbance and feelings about work are the two instruments to for measuring habits and personal attitudes of health care workers towards healthy lifestyle behaviours. As all you know we cant able to have proper neal at proper time because of busy schedule. And also duty roaster interfearing our sleeping pattern too.

a)difficulty falling asleep
1) never, 2) seldom, 3) sometimes, 4) several times a week 5) every day
b) repeated awakenings with difficulty falling back asleep.
1)never, 2) seldom, 3) sometimes, 4) several times a week 5) every day
who selected alternative four or five for at least one of the two items were we can defined as suffering from a sleep disturbance.
Feelings about work
What feelings do you usually have about your work when you are on your way there?
1) I feel happy and satisfied about the interesting workday ahead
2) I have a fairly positive feeling about work
3) I have neither positive nor negative feelings about work
4) I feel rather uneasy about work
5) I have a strong uneasy feeling about work.
These five answers were reduced to three categories as alternatives 1 and 2 were combined into the category 'Happy or fairly happy and satisfied about the workday ahead' and similarly alternatives 4 and 5 were put into the same category of 'Rather or strong uneasy feeling about going to work', leaving alternative 3 as 'Neither positive nor negative feelings about going to work'.
3. Surveys would be meaningless and incomplete without accounting for the respondents that they’re aimed at. The best survey design practices keep the target population at the core of their thought process. the target population is not small enough, or if the resources at your disposal don’t give you the bandwidth to cover the entire population, it is important to identify a subset of the population to work with – a carefully identified group that is representative of the population.
