Idea to start an Indian restaurant is that we can plan a restaurant chain that offers a variety of South Indian food. As we know that many South Indian come to USA for Job and study and they look for South Indian food so it is an opportunity to set a South Indian Multi cuisine restaurant which offer different types of South Indian food.

Basic Idea of open a multi cuisine south Indian restaurant can be picked up from the diversity of south India in terms of culture, value, food habits, types of ingredients used into preparation of food. So this variety of culture and food can offer an excellent idea for the success of a restaurant. Attempt should be made that every one get something of his/her liking of south Indian food.

First Idea to start the business would to do some research work on South Indians food habits and their preferences towards foods on the basis of the different part of the southern India in which they live.

Long term goal would be offer some thing to some one who demands that in terms of south Indian food and to set the chain in the main areas where Indians are in good numbers.
