Our Business idea also revolves round the idea of starting a
restaurant chain in one of the famous and most crowded cities in
India, Bangalore – also known as India’s Silicon Valley. Bangalore
is home to a large number of start-ups and young professionals,
creates the perfect situation for a vibrant restaurant and bar
scene. While starting a restaurant is a sure-shot path to success
in Bangalore, offering international cuisines in any format.
Prime Localities for starting the restaurants include Central
Bangalore areas such as St. Marks Road, Lavelle Road, Richmond
Town, and also, Indira Nagar, Koramangala, and Kammanahalli.
The restaurant would be named as, “North n South Café”, working on
the Logo and legal requirements like registration, EIN, etc. The
basic business plan will include firstly addressing the micro and
macro market conditions in the respective areas. About the local
and regional economic conditions - If other restaurants are doing
poorly, and knowing the fact that if restaurants are doing well,
and doing the analysis whether our Restaurants would be able to
compete in an already booming restaurant climate. At a micro level,
we will discuss the direct competitors, brainstorm about the
restaurants that share the target market and how you’ll we
differentiate our services.
The menu would be the most important touch-point of our
restaurant’s brand value that should be more than just a simple
list of items. Incorporate our logo and mock up a formatted menu
design. The sample menu should be prepared that should include
prices that are based on a detailed cost analysis.
We will try to understand the restaurant landscape, also, discuss
the pre- and post-opening marketing plan to show our partners how
the plan to gain traction leading up to start day, as well as how
we’ll keep the momentum going. Should have a solid plan in place to
generate attention on our service through social media, your
website, and media connections. List down the outside contractors
for the plan to retain, Accountants, Attorneys, Architect,
Designer, General Contractor, PR & Marketing, etc.
