Write a claim letter.
In paragraph 1, give the facts by briefly describing the purchase. Give the date, place, item, and cost. Add information about the salesperson and delivery to support your claim.
In paragraph 2, explain what went wrong in a factual way that shows that you were not to blame. If you are requesting damages, be sure to include estimates and documentation.
In the third paragraph, be very specific (but reasonable) about what you want and when you want it. If you want a full cash refund and additional money for damages, say so. Don’t let the reader decide what you should receive. Close your letter in a brief but positive way.
You may support your claim by including a list of receipts, warranties, photographs, or other evidence to support your claim. You do not need to provide such materials; only.

Dear Anaya,
I have purchased an antique vase from your store located in W 31St, on April 21, 2020. The vase was delivered to my home address on April 22, 2020 by delivery executive Jhon T. I have paid the price of $200 for the vase and its delivery through my credit card. The supporting documents for my purchase are enclosed long with the mail.
When I selected the vase for purchase, it was intact and did not have any cracks in it. However, when it was delivered to my address, after opening the packing material, it was determined that the vase had a crack that was visible from near. I immediately informed the delivery executive about the same and the vase was returned with immediate effect. He admitted that the damage might occur during delivery process. He also mentioned that I will receive a notification regarding return and refund from your end by end of the day.
I would like to inform you that I want a full cash refund for the amount I paid for the product and its delivery. I insist that you register my claim and process reimbursement immediately. In order to support my claim please I have enclosed following documents along with the mail.
