Dear James Bloggs (MD of Well build Finance Company)

We would like to make an application for $2000 million from Well known Fund. We are a group of friends in Alltown, and we have recently set up a community group to provide affordable residential housing for all the needy persons in the city.

We were mainly inspired to start the residential project because some people are not able to find a suitable house in their budget and their lives are very difficult. We have a group of friends and over last few months we are involved in supporting people to find a suitable house for them and came over difficulty to get homes and therefore inspired to start a residential complex project.

We formally executed a deed and adopted our constitution on 15^th November 2018. This is enclosed. Our aims are:

• Provide a good mid size house to all needy people at affordable cost.
• Provide safe and healthy society.
• Provide a club house where have fun focus for all parents and children to play together and forge relationship with other families.
• Provide particular support to families who have more struggle economically and financially.
• Provide world class amenities at affordable price.

We have begun our project two month ago by introducing our own funds and utilizing our professional expertise. We have successfully running our project and to made successful we need some fund.

We have plan to make this project complete by the end of 2020 and to make this vision successful we need fund as early as possible.

We are applying for $2000 million fund to cover the costs of salaries and wages to professionals and employees (as this is a real estate project it involved a lot of workers and professionals including contractors), advertisement expenses, supplies, equipment etc. Our bank details are :Alltown Bank Account Name: Alltown real estate project sort code 020102 Account number 06760521.

We have enclosed a copy of our constitution and a bank statement. Please see below the budget for our project, showing how we intend to spend the money we have asked for. We do not yet have annual accounts as we have not running for long enough. We will get our accounts externally examined at the end of the year. Since setting up our bank account in September, we have deposited our contribution money and according to requirement we are spending money from this account.
