Black African American vs White real Americans

United States is now more advanced in each and every aspect. But according to the significant researches still there is some kind of biasness about a group of people. These groups of people are Black African- American. We believe all people are same and deserve to be treated equally but still now there is discrimination between the real Americans and African Americans. African Americans are harassed more than a real American person. They are always more suspected in any kind of criminal offence. According to a survey, the cars of the African Americans are more searched rather than the white Americans. Not only that, if a black African has charged for a criminal offence then he needs to pay more fine rather than a White American. Black African defendant’s punishment for a crime is always a major punishment rather than a white defendant who have done the same crime.

Poor vs rich people

According to a large number of researches, sometimes criminal justice system is not fair enough for a poor person. Punishment of the poor people is taken more seriously rather than a rich person. Sometimes a rich person is able to get the bill by paying a large amount of money. But a poor person is unable to pay a large amount of money so he or she is unable to get the bell.

Conclusion –After discussing all the factors, I can say that criminal Justice system is different in different countries. So the laws of a criminal justice system are also different. But according to all the significant evidences I can conclude that Criminal justice system does not treats everyone equally. Still there are some biasness in Criminal Justice System.
