Expert Solution

A)Status review meetings are usually conducted to get to know the details of the project, how is it being handled. It is often done weekly or monthly depending upon the project requirements. It is done to know and visualize the growth that the project has taken. It also is conducted to identify the problem and how to tackle the problems. This meeting should be conducted by managers and the people who are working on the project. The meeting may include all the members or just the key participants such as leads, managers, developers those who have a clear understanding of what drives the project and how.

I have used a status review meeting for a particular project on a daily basis which required inputs from all the members of the project. All the brainstorming helped to analyse the data in a meaningful way and make sense out of it. Ideas are the key takeaways from the status review meetings.

From my experiences, I would like to include associates in the discussion of the project and give everyone a chance to present their ideas, no matter how silly it may sound. Because each idea, be it silly, may combine with other ideas to form a major idea and can affect the project in much efficient manner.

B) Work performance data is the data accumulated through the work done on the project each and every day. It is the raw data which is the observation assembled by doing various task involving in a project.

Work performance information is the work performance data analysed by the project managers. It gives insights on how the work is proceeding and what are the contributions of each individual.

Work performance reports as the name suggests is the representation of the data in graphical or tabular form to have a clear visual understanding of the matter. It depends on work performance data and work performance information.

C) Control stakeholder management is the process that incorporates project management and stakeholder management. It has to be done using strategies that maintains stakeholders relationships.
