Professionalism at work ensures that the completion of the work is most important before the deadline. It keeps us motivated towards the final result, but without getting personal with our work. It shapes our behaviour with our client, customers and co-workers.
Having a sense of responsibility is the most important part in professional life. It guides us from "why me" to "I will". It ensures not only the completion of the work, but also helps to maintain the quality of work. Sense of responsibility is the most important quality for a leader.
