Growing national health care challenges due to increased health care cost and transparency, slow innovation
and technology implementation, poor working condition, unsafe working condition, an increasing number of medical errors, poor leadership and communication, and collaboration, cultural diversity, lack of health insurance coverage for low and middle-income groups, lack of continuity and coordination of care make the poor health care access and increasing the mortality and morbidity in the nation. these are the barrier to access and quality of care. poor partnership and communication with health care and community-based organization cause the major barrier for health determinants and better outcomes. Differences in socioeconomic, genomic, demographic, and geographic, education causes poor health outcomes and increase the administrative burden.
As a professional, we have to be ready to face all these issues. quality issues impact the health care quality for any health care problem.it makes the poor process and system quality design, this system unable to provide demographic needs and fail to fulfill the growth in technology and make slow followup on information technology innovations to provide quality care, it causes patient and provider dissatisfaction make patient diverse demands and needs, it cause health professional shortage and poor working conditions.it increases medical errors and increases the disease conditions among patients.
