Question 1= What are the different things which are not informed to the employees?
Example= here the manager can interview the different employees and can ask about the different ethical communication practices which are followed or to be followed in the organization. This will facilitate the inputs if the employees are communicated effectively about these guidelines or not.
Question 2= What method is being used to communicate the policies?
Example= Here the manager can look whether the guidelines are facilitated with the help of the employee handbook, or general information board. Or these guidelines are communicated during the induction program of the new employee
Question3= What are the various ethical situations that could result in an ethical dilemma for the employees
Example= The manager can interview the employees and can ask the different situations where they had to make the decision about ethical and unethical practices.
Question 4= What are the various communication channels used in the firm?
Example= The manager can look and ask for the various modes of the communication that exists in the firm and also whether the communication is top to bottom or bottom to top.
