The three different types of communication channels that can be used are

Induction material= Induction materials are the different types of hand notes and policy frameworks that are provided to the new joining employees. These documents include the detailed policies, guidelines, organizational structure and so on so that the new employee can understand the various practices, policies, and frameworks. This method can be used by the manager to promote the ethical guidelines and adherence by mentioning these principles and governing policies in these documents and explaining the new employee in detail

Company's website= This is the other channel that can be used effectively as these are the free resources that can be accessed by both the internal members and external parties. The company's website can have a section in which the different guidelines for the ethical framework and communication can be elaborated.

Employee magazines and newsletters= This is also a good source of reinforcing the ethical communication principles. These are the magazines and newsletters which are published in the organization from time to time and the manager can use one section of his to enlist he different guidelines and rules to be followed in the firm to communicate ethically.
