Below are the procedure that i will follow in our company to
change the current recruitment process using technology.
- In the first step, I would like to contact the relevant skilled
candidates through social media and job sites.
- Once we shortlist the candidates for recruitment process, we
will share the interview venue, time details through mail
communication.
- Since there is availability of third Party applications to
conduct the online test, we can share the online test details to
candidates where they can take the test in their personal laptops
and desktops with some terms and conditions. This method remove
conventional test with paper and pen which consumes lot of time
conduct the test and in the evaluation process.
- Recruiters can conduct the interview through webex video
conferencing with the candidates rather can taking interviews
physically.
- Recruiters can conduct the software skill test of the
candidates by providing remote computer access from the
organization to candidate personal laptop or desktops. Where
recruiters can monitor the online software test.
- Recruiters can collect the basic details of candidates through
mail communication rather than collecting as physical hard
copies.
All these recruitrment process using technology will reduce the
lot of recruitment process time and cost involved in the
recruitment process.
