Technology is affecting the work and workers.Countries,companies,industries,institutions and their workers are finding it difficult to change with developing technology.In this growing world it is necessary for the industries and educational institutions to behave and work accordingly.The rapid change in technological development is demanding the students and workers to acquire new skills and increase their ability.For example,if companies had started using any new programming language,then it hires people who posses knowledge regarding the new programming language.The company even wants its existing employees to posses or acquire knowledge about the programming language.Even educational institutes tend to offer coaching for the new programming language. But by the time students and employees upskill themselves in this course,the that programming language becomes outdated and another programming language is demanded by markets and companies.Industries and companies find it difficult to change with developing technology as unskilled workers affect the work and this affects the company's profit.Workers who are unskilled posses less knowledge about the trending and most demanded courses.It is not easy for the company to educate them and they tend to terminate such workers.After removing the existing workers then it takes time to hire new skilled workers.During this period the work remains incomplete and  company may face losses.
