Most of us feel like we never get enough sleep. What can you do to improve your sleep and improve your consciousness during waking hours?

Sleeps are very important for a person's mental and physical health.I f one don’t get enough sleep, we suffer in a many ways. Sleep deprivation causes cognitive loss eg memory, concentration, as well as hyperactivity in children besides health problems including obesity heart disease, and diabetes.

Sleep stages are various interval during the sleep hours of an individual.Each stage is approximately 90 minutes .

Sleep Stages are as follows:

Stage W (Wakefulness)

Stage N1 (NREM 1)

Stage N2 (NREM 2)

Stage N3 (NREM 3)

Stage R (REM)

(NREM = Non REM sleep)

REM stand fir Rapid Eye Movement , during this phase ine usually dream . Many physiological changes occur during this phase.

Sleep is necessary for for health. A good sleep will ensure improved consciousness when a person is awake. So e of the steps to improve sleep and cinscioconsci when awake are

Exercising. It makes your body tired and automatically body will provide you better sleep.

Dim light or darkness. It gives signal to body that now is bedtime and body starts preparing for this. Moreover , it increases melatonin product toon that helps hi in sleep.

Making a strict routine of when to go to bed and when to awake. This us because circadian rythm is crucial for better sleep.
