Imagine your 17-year old sister is about to start her first semester of college. She’s always been one to do it all, but can become easily stressed. What advice would you give her about ways to manage her stress, prevent stress, and cope with stress? Use specific theories and examples from your reading.

Do you know people who are happy in one way but not in others? People who are high in life satisfaction, for example, but low in enjoying life or high in negative feelings? What should they do to increase their happiness across all three types of subjective well-being?

Imagine your 17-year old sister is about to start her first semester of college. She’s always been one to do it all, but can become easily stressed. What advice would you give her about ways to manage her stress, prevent stress, and cope with stress?

Though, my 17 year old sister has seen to be ahead in her life, doing it all, there are many situations in which she has been seeen to be stressed out. It seems, whenever she’s about to do any work, she would be stressed. In many cases, stress could be viewed in the form of a response or a normal physiological pattern. This could also be used in the form of a defensive mechanism,

Though, stress is used in the form of a defence mechanism, in the long run, it could lead to severe conditions or death in some of the cases. Ther are many methods through which people would be able to cope up with her stress are as follows:

  • Management techniques include cognitive: that mentions better time management, planning the task before hand such that fbe persinsnkhkd nor have to procastinate. Also, she could carry out meditation, which acts as one of the best forms of stress management. Also, prwcticing mindfulness could help her to be aware of her self and be in greater control of her emotions.
  • Also, other methods might include prwcticing yoga and deep brewpub v exercises.
  • Music acts as one of the best methods of coping up with stress .
