1 if the patient is taking any of the blood thinners h has to look out for accidental injuries as bruising may results in bleeding and it is necessary to let your provider know if it happens.The patient should inform the dentist or other health care providers that he is on blood thinner ,before perfrming any is better in terms of reliability .Try to avoid fast foods and fatty foods.Limit the amkount of caffeine you drink.
2 The main reason is that it is highly reliable and provides safety .it is better in terms of longevity,no gas generation,adaptable shapes and sizes,corrosion resistance and ,minimum weight
3 Cigarettes contain harmful chemical substance called nicotine which increases serum catecholamine concentration and is therefore potentially arrythmogenic and cigarette smoking triggers the chance of recurrence of SVT.
4 Patients with wide complex tachycardia related to cocaine should be divided into those who appear acutely cocaine toxic or not based on the presence of hypertension,tachycardia,mydriasis and psychomotor agitation.Sedation is prescribed to control behaviour and lower heart rate.Hypertonic sodium bicarbonate administration should follow rapidly if the QRS complex remains prolonged.
