If you are appointed to be the CEO of Amazon Turkey, what will be your major strategic road map in terms of market entry and customer communication especially in Covid process? (think about using digital technologies)

My major strategic road map in terms of market entry and customer communication at the time of coronavirus would be as follows:
First of all, to enter into a new market and to communicate with customers in any manner, we cannot go to the market on our own and personally meet the requirements and communicate considering certain restrictions and social distancing ideas for this pandemic to avoid the further spread.
So, I would suggest promoting online or e-commerce based businesses for these conditions.
So, our vision would be to increase our online sales. We would try to provide our goods to our customers in a healthy and sanitized way while taking care of the WHO guidelines. For this, we would increase and promote our e-commerce based application on different social media platforms to attract more customers. Home delivery would be significant in such situations, and online payments would be promoted for the same.
We would try to maintain social distancing even while transferring the goods to customers.
The delivery man would deliver the goods on the doorsteps and would send the picture of it to the customer to minimize the contact. Goods would be properly sanitized before delivery.
There would be some supply problems in this pandemic because of lockdown in several areas, but the necessary steps should be taken regarding the same.
Customers would be asked to rate and review the goods, and provide feedback online and queries would also be taken online.
