Diversity is good in enhancing the creativity and innovation in the workplaces. Diversity helps the organization to see various employees with different cultural backgrounds which ensure the morale and ethics at workplaces eventually enhaces the motivation. Diversity helps the organization in better decision making. Therefore diversity is good in enhacing productivity and efficiency.
Yes. Employees with similar personal and demographic factors helps the employee to work better with less conflicts. Because, similar personal and demographics helps to maintain the good relationship among the people at the workplace. Similar personal and demographic factors enhances the understanding and enhance the communication between the employees. Therefore, creates the less conflict in the workplaces.
