1- Fear - People will think that they are not creative person. Basically it is beacuse of lack of confidence. We will think 100 times before we implement our idea. Thats why people will say kids are more creative because they dont have fear. Kids will not think before. Whatever they will think they will create. How can we overcome this fear- Talk with people (nearones) and discuss your idea, Ask them whatever you are feeling is correct or not, Review your plan and Implement.

2- Pressure to produce immediate results - Sometimes we have pressue to produce immediate results. Due to this stress and diverted mind we are not able to implement our creative ideas. Even we are not able to think due to over pressure. We can avoid pressue by giving yourself proper break, Reduce your distractions. One good organization or Good manager insist their employees or subordinate to plan their leaves and enjoy time with their family or friends. So that they are able to enjoy and take breaks from stress. When they join after holiday their mind will be more creative.
