1.Ans:- Creativity is drived by ppassion and commitment which leads to the innovation of something new in to the workplace. Creative people in the workplace are very eager to bring changes in their working enviornment which further helps them to achieve their goal and raise the bar of their productivity making profit for their organisation. Creative people in workplace get the chance to show their hidden talents and have the ability to bring out solutions for difficult situations.
Personal creativity drivers are capable to enhance their existing skills with constant hard work and motivation to bring out something new from the existing being and turning their imaginative ideas into reality. On the other hand, team creativity drivers work in a team in a workplace where his/her exceptional imaginative power and decision process helps the team to derive maximum productivity from their goal without wasting any time which would have been required without the efforts of team creativity drivers.

Ans:- Salary negotiation is a part of starting a new job where one must discuss his expected salary range for a particular post with his employer.Employer always tries to fix the salary of a new joinee at an average rate which sometimes deprive the basic right of the employee. Expecting a salary on the basis of employees' skills and qualification drive them to stick for the organisation for a longer time.
Effective salary negotiation comes out when the employee has some idea about the pay rate for the position he is gonna work for without undervalueing his skills and qualification. Effective negotiation happens when the employee is confident about his capabilities which helps to pursuade his employer to fix the salary range of his choice or in between. People who have exceptional knowledge about the field where he is applying are always get attracted by the employer which help the employee to get his anticipated salary package.
If the employee had worked in a lower salary range in his prior job, the employer of the new work is reluctant to provide a salary asked by the employee which is a common pitfall while negotiating for salary. Unpreparedness to decide the salary range also leads one to end up with an unexpected lower package from the employer. Besides applying for jobs below the level of one's eligibility criteria also lands oneself in difficult situation as the employer does not want to go for any negotiations.
