1. Selecting the right candidate - The interview process has always been questioned on the basis of the idea that a an hour cannot be a base to evaluate the candidate for a job role in the organization. Hence, it is a challenge for HR management to identify and evaluate and selct the best candidate for a job role. Selecting the right candidate is important because a right person is an excellent resource for the organization. Utilizing the human resource in a well planned way is the key to get the job done in the most effective way and hence, selecting the candidate who has the right skills and is in sync with the values of the organization is important task of the HR Management.
2. Maintaining Internal relationships with employees - The Human resource of an organization is a team which works for same goal and achieve it in the most efficient way. This is possible only when the relationship among the employees is in good terms and synchronization is present amongst the employees. This will enable team work and the efficiency would increase. Also the conflicts would reduce and it will be easier for the management to handle the employees in good terms.
3. Training and Development - Each and every employee, in order to understand the work they need to do, to understand the culture of the organization, to know the policies, to learn about the performance appraisals and the coworkers and colleagues needs to provide training to the new employees. The training is also provided when there is a change underway in the organization. New skills are required and hence, it is a task of the Human Resource Management to look after the trainings of the employees. This will let the organization to stay in competition.
