Answer: Most of the things have major impact on the ethical and legal decision making as a healthcare provider. Some of the factors that have impact such as moral values and beliefs. The belief of the patients as well as the healthcare providers increases the risk of delimma to take proper decision. In most of the cases there could be conflict in the patient's belief and the moral values. Sometimes patient may consider it to be right whereas the professional rules and regulation forbid the act. The religious beliefs also influence the decision as most people due to their religious beliefs are not ready to accept the professional decisions. And hence it also causes dilemma while making the decision. It becomes difficult time make undei the things to the patients who are illiterate or uneducated. Hence this creates a barrier while treating the patient with proper measures. The life experiences of the healthcare professionals also influences the decision as they understand the better reason to take decision in favour of the patient.
