Here I am going to describe the training needs required for the position at the individual level, job level, and organization level.

the training needs analysis is an analytical tool that is used to identify the type of training required for a particular position, for example, there would be a different type of training required for the individual level, for job level, and for the organization level.

At every level of an hospital, training needs analysis would be required to find out what kind of training would be best suitable for a particular position.

TRAINING NEED ANALYSIS AT INDIVIDUAL LEVEL:- training need analysis at the individual level is also called a training need analysis at a personal level as in this level the training is given to the doctors keeping in mind the personal interest, attributes, and skills of an individual or the doctor. the actual performance is compared with the standard performance if the performance is good then the work is done accordingly but if the performance is unmatched than the training is given to the doctors.

TRAINING NEED ANALYSIS AT JOB LEVEL:- training need analysis our job level is also known as a training need analysis at an operational level for the training need analysis at the task level. in this, the training is given to the doctors to make sure that the performance of the doctors in an organisation reached the proficiency at its best and the task which is given to the doctors is fulfilled with 100%.

TRAINING NEED ANALYSIS AT ORGANISATION LEVEL:-the training need analysis at the organizational level is given to the doctors to make sure that the doctors work accordingly the objectives of the hospital so that the hospital can boost its strategic work in the clinic. The doctors are trained under this to improve their existing skills.
