Costco Company is into wholesale warehousing and, ever since it has entered the business it has changed the picture of wholesale warehouse shopping. The higher purpose of this company is not to make money but to cater its customers with the best quality products that too at nominal costs. The company does not only intend to earn profits with high prices but to gain more and more customers with the quality of its service and its care for the customers.

Out of the four ethics of the company one is to 'take care of its members'. The company leaves no stones unturned in order to keep the stakeholders happy. The prime goal of Costco is to bestow their stakeholders with rewards. This helps them keep the stakeholders integrated with the compan's culture and their goal. The most important stakeholder at Costco are their employees because they are the ones who decide how the business will be done and taken forward. To keep the employees integrated and satisfied the company gives them various facilities like health benefits, insurance, etc. When it comes to investors, the entire capital of comapny is based on them so their profitability is also important for the company. They keep globalizing to make this happen. For the communty, the company does various CSR activities and keeps donating for social welfare activities.

The conscious culture at the Costco Company is an outcome of the conscious leadership that the company practices. The company employs self motivated and purpose driven personnels. Due to this reason the employees are able to align thyemselves to the mission and vision of the company. Since the employees are well aligned with what the company intends to do, they make way for conscious leadership where they know on which grounds they have to take their teams forward. The way their employees work bring in a conscious culture in the company, where each individual is a responsible person knowing what they are doing and where they are heading to.
