AN Singh, Deputy Managing Director of TATA steel, said some valuble words on Stake holders, share owners and governance. According to AN Singh Corporate governance is the company's or corporations ethical and reponsible behaviout towards the owners of the company, share holders of the company. At the same time, all its employees, regulators, communities where it operates and around the area where it operates were included by the TATA company in the defition of " Stake holders ", AN Singh says that the TATA company also engages all its stakeholders and share holders at every stage of its evolution.

At last he added some words to his saying, share holders, even though they faraway form the operations of thh organization, they remain in the heart of the company.

Corporate goverance of the TATA company is based on the TATA Code of Conduct, which was formulized by RatanTata.
