• The customer oriented strategy deals with the encouraging deep student knowledge and making student speific materials
  
• Its upto the leader to make a decision of choice
  
• The leaders should lead in the way with new value proposition and he should be able to take necessary action to make the cultural norms strong.
  
• Consider an example as when a comapny changes from low cost strategy to customer orieted, its upto the leadership team to make up new system to mentally promote it amoung others
