Recently I bought a bicycle . Cycling has almost become a daily transportation in day to day lives of people . This transportation in the long run will help to reduce the usage of petroleum for the cars, bikes. A research has considerably shown that there has been an increase in the usage of bicycle.

It also reduces pollution , and helps to keep the environment clean. In fact , it has also been noticed that cycling has helped in the improvement of health condition of people.

Coming to the externalized costs of Cycling are the cost of injuries, a person can have .

Mission of Cycling :

1. It promotes good health of people.

2. It is cost - effective .

3. It does not pollute the environment , and maintains a clean one.

4. It is environmentally , socially and economically sustainable .

5. It helps in keeping people fit .

Yes , if given a second chance I would prefer to buy a bicycle. It helps in keeping my body fit and healthy. At any point of time , I would rather choose bicycle over car. Cars pollute the environment, hence causing air pollution. Bicycle are eco -friendly .
