The public health services were formed some time ago. They are relevant but still health problems to exist in the community. A change in the existing public health services is not required but more elements can be added to improve the existing services like use of social media to create awareness about health problems in the community. Rewards for the group or individual who abides to the policy and protocols and punishment for the one who violates the laws. Continuity of care through proper referrals channels. Improved communication channels between community and health services. All these public health services should be implemented timely and changes should be made according to the changing health demands of the community in order to promote health and prevent illness.
