The methods that human resources department are able to train and develop its people are -
Internship - it is the most common method which is use by most of the organisation these a days. In which they hires some people and provide them training and development. For example - call center hires few students and provide them training for a very minimum pay.
Vestibute school - in this the organisation provides training and development to the employees on the temporary models. For example - an airline company provides training to their piolet on an demo airplane.
Apprenticeship training - in this the candidate has to work under an supervisor who teach them. For example - an superior train their employee about how to improve their skills and experience in work.
