Scrum as methodology utilizes various principles like ethical standards, integrity, honesty, collaboration, clarity etc.

Sprints are basis of the agile software development framework. It offers ultimate completion of the whole project. Each sprint has itself objectives and agenda to be completed within one month or less time frame. A particular individual may be guiding agent to whole team members about his accomplishments with regard to sprints.
