Give specific example of the Quality Management Principle:
• Principle 3: Involvement of people
Principle 3: Involvement of people.
An organisation is run by people at different levels and just like a human body, where all organs belong to the body and are purely involved in the functions, for its overall well-being; involvement of peole is important for the well-being of the organization. People should be fully involved in the process, understanding the goal of the organization.and realize their role in it. They should understand their work and the results they are producing.
Example- ● Periodic meetings with the head of the department with a review of organisation's statistics.
● Brainstorming sessions conducted with participation from all.
● Incentives and rewards for innovations as they encourage people to try to better understand the company's processes in order to make an innovative contribution.
● Workshops conducted over same and new processes and similar processes, in order to incite and maintain people's interest.
Specific example- Banks and private companies often keep shuffling work responsibilities/processes within same level of work profiles in order to make the employees well versed with all the processes within that level.
