  • Innovation and risk taking. B-med is a traditional company with slow innovation, while MM Healthcare has a higher level of modernization.
  • Attention to Detail.   B-MED has higher score on this characteristic, as small company is focus on the details. It is difficult to believe that MM Healthcare can have that level of detail.
  • Outcome orientation. Both companies have an average of this characteristic, because they are focus on services.
  • People orientation. MM healthcare has the highest score on this characteristic, in fact B-MED got a lot of issues because they never understood the importance of the employees, and its motivation.
  • Team orientation. MM Healthcare has an advantage on this characteristic, since B-MED was performed based on the instructions and decisions made by the owner (Samuel)
  • Aggressiveness. MM Healthcare has a higher score than B-Med, reason why the organization is bigger and the culture has been effective.
