CODE OF ETHICS-

A written set of guidelines issued by an organization to its workers and management to help them conduct their actions in accordance with its primary values and ethical standards.

In other way we can say that code of ethics is a guide of principle made to help professionals conduct business honestly and with integrity. a code of ethics may outline the mission and values of the organization.the ethical principle based on the organizations core value and the standard to which the professional held. They give general outlines of how employees should behave, as well as specific guidance for handling issues like harassment, safety, and conflicts of interest.

CODE OF CONDUCT-

The code of conduct describes what employees of the organization must do to implement the code of ethics. In a sense, the code of conduct is a subset of the code of ethics and gives it a real-life application beyond what only seems like philosophical speculation.

The code of conduct for a group or organisation is an agreement on rules of behaviour for the members of that organization or group. Code of conduct clarifies an organization's mission, values and principles, linking them with standards of professional conduct. The code articulates the values the organization wishes to foster in leaders and employees and, in doing so, defines desired behavior.
