Business ethics envolve a discipline that examines good or bad practices within the context of moral duty. business ethics include practices and behaviour that are good or bad. business ethics ensure that the surtain point of trust exist between the consumers and various forms of market participants and the business. business ethics is the study of proper business policies and practices regarding potentially controversial issues such as insider trading, discrimination and corporate social responsibility. two key branches of business ethics 1. normative 2, discriptive ethics. there are various sources of ethical norms like family, freinds, fellow worker, the law, profession, religious belief etc.
