Lab diagnostics and tests
- Chest x-ray to identify Pulmonary edema(Common symptoms of
Heart failure)
- Echocardiography identifies the Ejection fraction of the Heart
and to see the movement.
- B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) blood test
- Other blood tests like KFT and Thyroid to confirm there is no
other cause
- Angiography to identify the cause.

The main cause of Heart failure is cardiac muscle damage due to
the blocked coronary artery.
In this case Angioplasty or Coronary artery bypass grafting can
