1.a) Warning signs of cancer

Unexplained weight loss,pain which is new in origin and persistant,fatigue,nausea,vomiting,blood in the urine,reccurent fever,chronic cough,enlarges lypmh nodes,swelling or tenderness which changes its size as days goes on,sore throat which is non healing,horsenes of voice,spots non healing spots on the skin.

clinical manifestations of cancer

The clinical manifestations are almost same as that of the warning signs

Fatifue,unexplained weight loss or unintended weight gain,unusual pain after eating food,horsness of voice,Abnormal swellings under the skin,Lypmhnode enlargement,persisitant difficulty in breathing,headache,changes in vision,change in the bowel and the bladder pattern,difficulty in swallowing,abnormal bruising or colour change on the skin.

Risk factors for cancer

Age,use of cancerous substance,use of alcohol,use of tobacco,smocking,heriditary,chronic inflammation,diet,hormones,immunosuppresion,recurrent non healing ulcers,radiation and sun light.

How each cancer is different from each other

Different types of cancers are carcinoma,sarcoma,malenoma,lymphoma and leukimia.

CARCINOMA - originates in the epithelial clls of the body,this is the most common type of cancer.This type of cancer can spread to other part of the body or it can confine to the place of origin itself.This cancer occur at the lining of the internal organs.So this type of cancer occurs mainly in the internal organs like liver,kidney and lungs

SARCOMA -sarcoma is a type of cancer thet occurs on the connective tissues such as bone,cartilage,fat ,hematipiotic tissues , muscle,nerves,fibrous tissue and the deep skin layers.

MALENOMA - malenoma is mainly occurs on the skin because it originate in the malenocyte which produces melanin that is responsible for the skin colour.This rarely occur in the mouth and the eyes.

LYMPHOMA - Lymphoma is seen in the lymphocyes.These lyphocytes can mainly seen in spleen,bone marrow,lymph node,thymus.So this type of cancer is mainly found in these organs.

LUKEMIA - Is mainly occur in the blood and the bone marrow.It mainly seen in white blood cells and the leukocytes.

So to summerise we can say that each cancer differ from each other.It cann be because of the type of its origin,the ffected areas or its size.

1.b) There are certain things or modifications that we can consider to prevent the cancer.Or we can say these are the modifications in our life that can prevent the cancer

Mainly avoid the use of alcoho and tobacco

Cessation of smoking

periodic health check up for early detection of cancer cells

change in the food habit,try to consume the vegetables which cultivated in our house itself like in our kitchen garden.This will be oraganically produced.

Avoid using chemicals in our daily life.

Mintain a helathy body weight

All these above mentioned measures can be used to prevent cancer and theses are easily acceptable in our daily life.
