In this era, media channels have become a major source for any company, especially for startups, to confer and attract customers because of an increase in their usage by the population, including the target market.

They can be used for market research, for feedback, for providing information to potential customers regarding the benefits of the product, as well as to get a competitive edge.

Media channels like newspapers, magazines, TV, radio, and social media platforms used massively by people in this era of technological development, and people's increased reliance on the public image of a brand which day get to know from media channels. Moreover, media channels are also needed to inform people about the product- without any media channel, people will not get to know about any new product, its reviews, the benefits they would be getting, or comparison between the company and its rivals.
